Q1: Do I need solder when receive the lights? does it come with instruction?

A: You needn't solder when you receive the lights, in the package it will have instrcution paper, all of our lights come with free assembly.

Q2: What about the lead time?

A: for order under 50 sets, we can ship in 7 days after payment made.for order more than 100 sets, we can ship in 12 days after payment made.

Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.Ship air to door takes around 15 days.

Q4: Can I print my logo on the fixture ?

A: Yes, we can print your logo on PCB board and heatsink free of charge without MOQ.

Q5.What kind of plants you can grow with our LED Grow lights?

All kinds of succulents: medical plants,ball cactus, burros tail and others.Also apply to indoor seedlings plants in hydroponics greenhouse garden home and office.This grow light is full spectrum, for both veg and flower.

Q6. Are you a factory or trading company ?

Q7.Do you accept OEM or ODM or our special design ?

RE:Yes, OEM,ODM and customized products can be accepted.

Q8. How do you pack the goods ?

RE: Packed into standard export carton.

Q9.How do you ship the goods ?

RE: Express delivery, air cargo or sea shipment whichever will be considered on goods' volume, weight and shipping freight

Q10. What is the area of cover?

Z2/Z3 640watt cover 20sqft, 800watt cover 25sqft, if for VEG stage, can cover at least 6*6ft

Q11. How high do you need to hang your lights?

We suggest 6+ inches away from the canopy for flower. For veg or clone, 30+ inches will be good or try to dim the lights to proper intensity instead of adjusting the distance. Here shows different ppfd levels from different height.

Q12. What is the output of your lamp? How many plants can a lamp cover?

According to some of our customer feedbacks, it will be 1.6-2.2 grams/watt, which depends on pratical growing environment elements, also different strains. Here’s some feedbacks of yield.    For veg stage, 8-10 plants, and flower 5-6 plants. Also depends on the plant size.

Q13. Why is your price higher than others?

Q14. It is mainly used in flowering period, can it be 3000K?

1. Our lights are full spectrum 3500k + 660nm, which is equal to 3000k. It’s enough red light to do great help for flowers stage. This full spectrum is perfect for veg and flowers growth. You are not suggested to waste money to customized new spectrum.

2. MOQ is 50pcs if you really need to customized spectrum.

Q15. Adjustable spectrum?
  1. Our light is not spectrum tunable.
  2. Here is our light spectrum, 3500K+660nm, full spectrum suitable for full cycle growth, no need to adjust the spectrum.
  3. If need spectrum tunable, it will required at least 2 groups color chips. When turn to difference spectrum, some color chips don’t work with enough power, at this time the PPFD is not high enough.
  4. There doesn’t have a standard for grower to get a good spectrum when operating the spectrum tuable. If the final spectrum is not good that will harm for your plants.
Q16. Can you customize the product? Custom logo and custom carton

We are factory we can OEM for our customer , no problem ,  but we have the MOQ , and 1 usd /pcs logo fee .

Q21. How do I determine the appropriate distance between the grow light and the cannabis plants?

The appropriate distance between the grow light and the cannabis plants depends on the wattage and type of light being used. As a general rule, LED lights should be positioned 12-18 inches away from the plants, while HID lights should be positioned 24-36 inches away.

Q22. How long should the grow light be turned on per day?

The grow light should be turned on for 18-24 hours per day during the vegetative stage and 12 hours per day during the flowering stage.

Q24. How do I maintain and clean my grow light?

To maintain and clean your grow light, it is recommended to wipe down the light fixture and reflectors with a damp cloth and mild soap solution. The light bulbs should be replaced every 6-12 months to ensure optimal performance. It is important to disconnect the light from the power source before cleaning or performing maintenance.

Q25. Can I use regular household light bulbs for cannabis cultivation?

Regular household light bulbs are not suitable for cannabis cultivation as they do not provide the necessary light spectrum for photosynthesis. It is recommended to use grow lights specifically designed for plant cultivation.
